Lean Leadership Skills Workshop
Led by Dan Prock Ph.D. and James Rollo of Competitive Advantage Consultants, Inc.
The Lean Leadership Skills workshop builds skills in eight competencies of outstanding leaders in lean manufacturing and service organizations. This practical training program builds skills and provides tools for team leaders, supervisors and value stream managers to lead a sustained lean culture. The workshop utilizes the Lean Leadership Inventory for participants to evaluate their present skill level in the eight lean leadership competencies as the baseline for skills they will acquire in the course.
Unique Features of this Workshop
- Detailed models of the standardized work for team leaders, supervisors, value stream managers in lean manufacturing and service organizations
- Participants assess their skill levels in eight standardized leadership competencies by using the Lean Leadership Inventory
- Based on the Lean Leadership Inventory assessment, participants establish a skills improvement plan for the workshop
- Experiential learning processes result in participants mastering skills in each of the eight standardized leadership competencies
- Skills are immediately applied to "real" work situations. Time is allocated in the training for participants to immediately plan application of learned skills to their work setting
