Jack Burden is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. He has over twenty-five years' experience as a real estate broker and developer. He holds a Master's Degree in International Development and has completed certifications in construction supervision, project management and partnering. Jack has facilitated multi-cultural business relationships in South Florida, China, Thailand and Hong Kong.

James Rollo is the president of Competitive Advantage Consultants, Inc. of Sarasota, Florida. Rollo has over 25 years of experience in training and team building. Some of his clients include: Welbro Construction, Foley and Associates, Ellis-Don Construction, Weller Pools, PGT Industries, General Electric, Scott Paper Company, AT&T, NASA and Tropicana Products.
